We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note that some items may arrive with damaged or dented boxes due to shipping conditions, which are unfortunately out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Sizing and fit details are listed under each item description. If you need additional help selecting the correct size, please contact us before placing your order. We do not provide exact ETAs for orders. Once tracking information has been sent, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and contact the carrier or us if any abnormalities occur with the tracking updates. All sales are final.
